Days that I don't go to the gym and I workout at home, I usually follow some youtube videos because they are really effective and I can follow along.
Here's what I do when I workout at home (it varies):
1.
Stretch for 2-3 min
5 min warmup-
•jump roping 100 reps
•run in place fast paced
•50-100 jumping jacks
Abs
•10-15 min abs (I usually follow a different video everyday)
Butt
•5-10 min (I follow a video)
Stretch 2-3 min
2.
•Stretch
•2 mile run
•Stretch
3.
•Stretch
•Jump Rope
•15-20 min Cardio Workout
•Stretch
