Winter Trip to NYC

This past week I traveled to New York and here are pictures of most of the places I visited. New York has SOOOOO many great food options so I of course had to try some new places.

This boba place was inside an indoor market with different Asian food vendors. There are also mini pop up shops that sell fashion, accessories, and other things.

Ladurée

This luxury French bakery is amazing. They sell the best macaroons and they have other amazing sweets to try.

The Roosevelt

If you are looking for a place to stay, this hotel is really pretty with great service!

The Rockefeller

Soho

World Trade Center

Brookfield Place

Brookfield Place is right next to the One World Trade Center and it has food and shops! It is so beautiful inside and it has a great view.

 Eataly

I've been to numerous Eataly locations and this one (near the World Trade) by far has the best views. Eataly is basically an indoor Italian food market that has many restaurants and Italian products to shop for.  If you are ever near an Eataly location, you should definitely try some authentic Italian dishes from here, you won't be disappointed!

Spot Dessert Bar

Ok....Spot Dessert Bar was the highlight of my trip. I got this Coconut Monkeybread which is this dessert that is a both hot and cold. The monkeybread is the base, it is served sizzling hot in this mini pan and it tastes like some autumn treat (because of all the spices), and it has a Thai sauce that is drizzled on top of the coconut ice-cream. The best part of the dessert is that it is VEGAN!!! So if you are a vegan, this dessert better be on your bucket list.

I wasn't lying when I said I love this place. I came back here another day to have dessert because I was dying to try this famous Matcha Lava cake. It was so tasty and the chocolate just oozes out of the cake when you dig your fork into it. This wasn't vegan, but hey, who cares???

Brooklyn Bridge

The view from the Brooklyn Bridge is insane; it's a long walk, but it's worth it.

 Greenwich Village

Tim Ho Wan

I'm such a big Asian food fan, so this dumpling restaurant definitely met my expectations!

 Momofuku

Momofuku is another Asian restaurant that has really cool Asian food. I always get the pork buns when I go there because they never disappoint!

 Milk Bar

This dessert place (a part of Momofuku)  is extremely small, but they serve good desserts! They have cookies and soft served ice cream which is worth getting squished in there for.

 Cha Cha Macha

I always love getting drinks from trendy Instagram places, so Cha Cha Matcha was on my list. I went there last year and waited 20 minutes in line to get an $8.00 drink, but boy was it worth it. I came back again this year (luckily, the line was short) and got the iced matcha chai latte with almond milk, and it was pretty tasty.

 Central Park

 Fig and Olive

This last restaurant that I ate at was really good. I got these crostini (basically bread with different toppings on it) and this shrimp and salmon salad.
